Join the latest Latin-inspired dance-fitness class. ZUMBA incorporates basic dance moves, aerobic moves and resistance training to create a fun, party-like atmosphere. This is a class that both dancers and those with no dance experience will enjoy. “Ditch the workout, join the party.” We offer ZUMBA every Tuesday night at 8pm and Wednesday morning at 6am.
